Stage 2: Digital English Test

TIP: Precise grammar and a wide vocabulary are essential. Prepare expressions commonly used in passenger-service contexts.
Stage 3: Assessment Day (Group Stage)

- Held in Frankfurt or Munich
- Icebreaker and self-introduction (in German and English)
- Group discussion and problem-solving task
- Psychometric ability test
- In-flight service scenario roleplay
- Reach test and swimming-ability check
- Cutoffs are made at each stage
TIP: The Assessment Day is a full-day evaluation; even break-time conduct is observed. In the group task, active listening and respect are key — German culture values precision and cooperation.
Stage 4: Final Interview (1:1)

- Vision, hearing, cardiovascular, and swimming checks
