Stage 3: Meet & Greet

TIP: KLM requires Dutch language skills. A natural, friendly conversation is what matters most.
Stage 4: Group Assignment

TIP: In the group assignment, show cooperation over leadership. Active listening and respect are key.
Stage 5: CBI Interview (Criteria-Based Interview)

TIP: The CBI follows a "Tell me about a time when..." format. Use the STAR method (Situation–Task–Action–Result) and prepare concrete examples.
