Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the online education platform service (hereinafter the "Service") provided by WonderfulCrew Inc. (hereinafter the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its Members.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Member" refers to any individual who has agreed to these Terms and registered for the Service.
- "Service" refers to all online content provided by the Company, including AI interview coaching, lecture videos, roleplay practice, and community features.
- "Paid Service" refers to any service available through monthly subscription or package purchase.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to Members. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law and will provide notice at least 7 days in advance of any change.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
Membership is established when a user agrees to these Terms, submits a registration application, and the Company accepts it. Registration is currently supported via Google account.
Article 5 (Service Use)
- Free Trial: 10 free practice sessions are provided upon registration.
- Paid Service: Available after purchasing a monthly subscription (Basic / Elite) or a Premium package.
- The Service is provided 24 hours a day, year-round in principle, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance or similar reasons.
Article 5-2 (Recording and Storage Policy)
Original audio and video files are not stored. STT transcripts, AI evaluations, and practice records are retained to provide your learning history. Further details are governed by the Privacy Policy.
Article 6 (Payment and Refunds)
- Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card, and virtual account (bank transfer).
- Monthly subscriptions are automatically billed each month from the payment date. Members may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
1. Definition of "Use Initiation"
For purposes of these Terms, "Use Initiation" means any access by a Member to Service content in any form after payment. This includes (but does not include simple login activity):
- Viewing lecture videos (including a single playback)
- Use of any AI coaching feature, including interview practice, roleplay, discussion, and video interview
- Access to member-only content pages such as resume guides, job listings, airline-specific pages, learning materials, and the community
- Any single click or view of post-payment content, including curriculum pages, airline cards, lectures, or materials
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund is available only when all of the following conditions are met:
- Within 7 days of the payment date
- No "Use Initiation" activity defined in section 1 above has occurred (verified automatically by the system)
3. Conditions Disqualifying a Refund
- More than 7 days have passed since the payment date
- Any single Use Initiation activity defined in section 1 has been recorded
- Interview materials, exclusive success materials, or other digital content has been delivered (digital content is consumed upon delivery and cannot be recovered)
- For monthly auto-renewals, any Use Initiation activity has occurred within 7 days of the renewal charge
4. How to Request a Refund
- Refund requests are accepted only through the "Request Refund (Automated Decision)" button on the MY page → Subscription Status, after logging in.
- Requests submitted by email, phone, KakaoTalk, or other messengers will not be processed.
- Upon submission, the system automatically determines payment date and Use Initiation status.
- If refund conditions are met, the Company will review and process the refund to the original payment card within 3–5 business days.
- If the request is automatically rejected because Use Initiation activity was detected, the reason for rejection and supporting evidence (access logs, content usage history) will be displayed on screen immediately.
Article 7 (Member Obligations)
- Members may not register using another person's personal information.
- Members may not copy, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use content obtained through the Service without prior written consent of the Company.
- Members must comply with applicable law and these Terms when using the Service.
Article 8 (Intellectual Property)
All copyrights and intellectual property rights in content included in the Service (lecture videos, text, images, AI coaching systems, etc.) belong to the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, and transmission are prohibited.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
The Company is exempt from liability when the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or service interruption by telecommunications carriers. AI coaching is provided for reference only and does not guarantee interview success.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
In the event of a dispute arising from use of the Service, the Company and the Member shall make good-faith efforts to reach an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business shall be the competent court.
