Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the online education platform service (hereinafter the "Service") provided by WonderfulCrew Inc. (hereinafter the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its Members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to Members. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law and will provide notice at least 7 days in advance of any change.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

Membership is established when a user agrees to these Terms, submits a registration application, and the Company accepts it. Registration is currently supported via Google account.

Article 5 (Service Use)

Original audio and video files are not stored. STT transcripts, AI evaluations, and practice records are retained to provide your learning history. Further details are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (Payment and Refunds)

All copyrights and intellectual property rights in content included in the Service (lecture videos, text, images, AI coaching systems, etc.) belong to the Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, and transmission are prohibited.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

The Company is exempt from liability when the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or service interruption by telecommunications carriers. AI coaching is provided for reference only and does not guarantee interview success.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

In the event of a dispute arising from use of the Service, the Company and the Member shall make good-faith efforts to reach an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's principal place of business shall be the competent court.
