How does the free trial work?

Every new account receives 10 free interview sessions immediately upon registration. Each session deducts one trial credit. No credit card is required.

What is the difference between Basic, Elite, and Premium plans?

Basic and Elite focus on the platform's interview practice modules. Elite adds the AI-powered coaching layer. Premium adds direct 1:1 feedback from the founding coach, monthly live sessions (with replay), full access to all video lectures, the alumni interview notebook, and a private community group.

What is your refund policy?

Full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if the platform has not been used. Once usage starts or any digital materials are accessed, refund is not possible (consistent with digital-content delivery rules).

Which payment methods are supported?

Credit card, debit card, and virtual account (bank transfer) payments are supported. International card support is being expanded; please contact us if your card is not accepted.

I can't sign in.

Google sign-in is currently active. KakaoTalk and Naver sign-in are scheduled for a future update. If the problem persists, please email us with a screenshot of the error.
